Reasonably Priced Summer Beach Cottage: Beautiful ocean views, clean air, peace and quiet… Our two bedroom cottage is located right on the water at the end of a quiet road, and only five minutes from the conveniences of Summerside. It can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, and has a sundeck (picnic table, deck chairs, gas BBQ), fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes, etc), living room (TV, a selection of DVDs), dining room, and two bedrooms with views overlooking the ocean.

This magnificent home was built in 1897 for Mr. James Eden, a prosperous wine merchant. The house is one of the few remaining examples of the style of architecture known as Queen Anne Revival. It is ideally located in the heart of historic downtown Charlottetown, moments from Confederation Centre and an even shorter stroll to the Boardwalk at Victoria Park. The exterior splendour of this late Victorian style consists of a tower, gables, bay windows and veranda. The interior has been restored to its original grandeur with period furnishings throughout.
