Established in 1896, the White Gull Inn has provided accommodations with character and unforgettable dining to generations of visitors to the Door Peninsula. The antique-decorated rooms, suites and cottages are meticulously maintained and many feature working fireplaces and double whirlpools. Famous for hearty breakfasts, the inn serves three meals a day to guests and the general public, including our famous Door County fish boil, served Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights in summer and fall, and Friday nights in winter. The White Gull Inn is open throughout the year. A full breakfast is included in the rate. Advance reservations for a minimum stay of two nights are accepted on weekends and Christmas week (three nights for major holiday weekends and for the cottages any time in July and August.) A reduction of ten percent will be applied to all stays of seven days or more. All White Gull buildings are smoke free. All accommodations have air conditioning, telephones and television. Although we cannot accommodate pets, we will be happy to recommend a nearby pet hotel.

Here at "Lenwood" we offer a quiet camping experience. There are trailer and tent sites encircling Lake Lenwood, some set back and some on the lakeshore. Available are sites with 15, 30 and 50 amp electric, water and sewer hook-ups. A modem is available at the office. Also available are telephone and cable hook-ups for the long-term camper. Dump station available. We have clean bathroom facilities with flush toilets and showers. Camping fee includes beach, picnic area and hiking area. Available to rent are fishing boats, paddle boats, hydro-bikes, canoes, kayaks and tubes. In our store we have soda, candy, snacks, ice, firewood and bait. Complete shopping centers are nearby. You may (hand) launch your boat for a minimal fee. (12' max.)

Our Lodge was originally the "Boarding House" for a Lumber Company Farm. Years ago lumberjacks stayed at the farm in this Boarding House during the summer, planting crops such as potatoes, turnips, oats, and hay and then harvesting them to store and feed the many horses and men in the logging camps. Now the modernized boarding house comfortably accomodates a hunting party of eight in four bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area, and porch. A washer and dryer just off the kitchen is available for those garments that just need to be cleaned during your stay. Arrangements can be made to have a chef come into the spacious kitchen to prepare your meals, or you can be your own cook.
